When you sign up to Wikifashion, the first page that you will come across is your very own user page. This is not a place for your blog bio. Instead, use this page to include a brief bio about yourself as well as any fashion topics that you are interested in as well as contributions that you have made to Wikifashion. Follow our simple guide on how to edit it:

  • Writing Style

This is the only type of page on Wikifashion that can be written in first person. Feel free to write a small bio and include topics that you are interested in writing about.

Please do not include your email address as this will be picked up by spam bots. If people love your page, they are free to hop on over to your blog and contact you.

  • Template

Copy and paste this template into your page:

| name = Your name
| image = Twitter_avatar.png 
| birth_date  = ?
| birth_place = [[wikipedia:United States|USA]]
| occupation  = Freelance writer, designer, artist
}}

Within your template, please include your name or username, your avatar, birthdate and birthplace if you so wish and your area of interest or occupation.

  • Avatars
In order to include an image in the template, you must login and press upload file located on the left toolbar. Select the file you want to upload and include a reference in the box below the selected file. Once the file has been uploaded, copy the image and paste into this section of the template:
