Taylor Momsen is an actress best known for her role as Jenny Humphrey in Gossip Girl. She was born on July 26th, 1993 in St Louis, Missouri. She began her acting career at age 3 with a national commercial for Shake-N-Bake.
Her first big role was as Cindy Lou Who in Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000).

Since beginning Gossip Girl, Taylor Momsen has transformed both on and off the screen, from a typical preppy style to a much more controversial punk-rock style. Momsen is often criticized for dressing too old for her age, by wearing dark eye makeup and revealing clothing. Leather jackets and fishnet tights are staples of her wardrobe.
