Vogue is a fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine published in 18 different nations and in more than 15 different languages.=

The Magazine was founded in 1892 by Arthur Turnure. When he passed away in 1909, Conde Nast took over the company and in 1910; began selling Vogue overseas. By 1920 he had published Vogue in Britain, Spain, Italy and France. He had given the magazine its greatest successes and highest peaks. In the 60s, Diana Vreeland became th editor-in-chief of the highly regarded magazine. She exposed the publication to the appealing to the youth through sexualisation. This period of time also began advertising models and brands, making them household names. Vogue is currently headed by Anna Wintour.

A movie-length documentary (The September Issue) was released in 2009 which gave an insight to the production of a vogue cover. That September 2007 issue became a record-breaking sale for the business, weighing 5+ pounds in weight and 840pgs long. Vogue has become a base for model exposure in the 21st century.
