About Lauren

Why does Lauren blog?
I see blogging as a form of self expression. Ever since I could remember, I’ve always been a creative and expressive individual. This allows me to do so whilst also coming across other bloggers that may inspire me and reveal to me new things. The more you share and the see – the better.
What does Lauren blog?
My blog poses more of a diary than anything else. Here you will find an ongoing flow of outfit posts, happy purchases, things that inspire/intrigue me, posts about what events I have attended and trips I’ve been on. Basically you could call it a slice of my life. The tastiest one saved for last.
What is Lauren's fashion style?
This is always a hard one to answer, as just like my personality my style is very "adaptable". Being a true Gemini at heart, my personality varies and therefore influences the way I dress. I love all things chic and admire the "just-off-the-catwalk" look, however I do feel mixing quality staples with unique one-of-kind vintage pieces makes it more interesting, instead of looking like a runway clone.
Comfort is a main factor for me while dressing, you can look good but that doesn't mean you feel it - Confidence and owning your look only comes with comfort. Most of all, you don't need to pay top-designer dollar either. I'm a real bargain hunter, but am willing to pay more for an investment staple. Anyone can look good. It is just more kinder to your wallet when you are smart about it.
